The process
1) Needs Analysis
N/A. The purpose of this class project was to create an e-learning program based on the company's code of conduct handbook and any images found on the company's websites.
2) Design
Instructional approach
Mastery learning inspired: Student can learn at their own pace. Student need to demonstrate understanding of content before being able to move foward. This helps the organization ensure employees meet the learning objectives.

Chunking strategy: Each section is seperated into smaller parts.
Immediate learning assessments: Short, based on immediate content.
Clutter-free: No lengthy text or unnecessary distractions

The introduction: To show how a code of conduct can be presented
Section 4: To show how a code of conduct content can be presented and the kinds of interactions that can be created.
A badge section: To show how a learner can be rewarded for the completion.

Articulate Storyline 360: To create the program.
Adobe Photoshop: To crop and edit images.
Canva: To create the badge and its animation.
